Returns and ExchangesÂ
No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted for change of mind.
Please inspect products upon receipt. If you've received a faulty product or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of order receipt to initiate an investigation. Claims initiated outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Returned products must meet the following requirements:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with labeling not defaced. All items returned will be inspected for credit worthiness. Credit will only be issued for product returned in like-new condition. No credit will be issued for product, which is not received in like-new condition. Store credit does not include postage.

Please contact us via email to info@evercurenails.com.au and provide photos along with proof of purchase/order confirmation number. We are not obligated to process a return without proof of purchase. Items returned without first initiating a request for return will be rejected.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume.
We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible however, note there may be delays experienced by our courier partners that are outside of our control.
Customs & Taxes
Any international import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Evercure Nails will not be responsible for reimbursement if the customer refuses to pay the customs fee, or if the package is lost in the mail due to refusal to pay the shipping fee. Please check your local customs charges regarding packages shipped from Australia to your destination.
